U.S. Forest Service Seeks Dismissal of Wild Horse Management Case
In a recent legal development, the U.S. Forest Service has requested a U.S. judge to dismiss a lawsuit concerning its management of wild horses in California. The agency claims the case is based on an administrative error regarding the size of a federally protected area for these animals.
