Maddi’s connection to horses began before she was born—her parents met while riding, sparking a lifelong passion for these majestic animals. Her commitment to animal welfare deepened during her time in the Navy, where she discovered Equine Assisted Therapy while stationed in Washington. Volunteering with local nonprofits, she realized her calling to combine her love for horses with conservation and community service.With experience spanning nonprofit, private, and government sectors, Maddi’s journey reflects her dedication to collaboration, education, and sustainable solutions that benefit both animals and the environment. When not working, she enjoys hiking with her dogs and spending time with her husband.
