Santa Feans have a deep love for horses and nature, making the upcoming Wild Horse Film Showcase on April 4-5 an event not to be missed. However, residents of the City Different are known for their last-minute decisions.
Film showcase organizer Jackie Fleming, who manages the Cimarron Sky-Dog Reserve, a mustang sanctuary north of Las Vegas, N.M., is concerned that attendees might arrive without tickets. While the movie at 5 p.m. on April 4 at Collected Works Bookstore is free, the four films scheduled for April 5 at the New Mexico History Museum auditorium require a $5 ticket each. Importantly, the museum does not permit ticket sales at the door.
If you're interested, it's advisable to purchase tickets in advance atticketssantafe.orgor visit the Lensic box office. Fleming mentions that people are traveling from Colorado to see the films and worries about them being unable to enter due to lack of tickets.
