This important meeting will occur on October 29, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and October 30, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., local time.

The public is invited to address the Advisory Board on October 29, at 3:30 p.m., local time. Those wishing to speak should register with the BLM by 2 p.m. on the same day at the meeting site. Depending on the number of speakers, the Board may limit presentations to three minutes, as done in previous meetings.
Speakers are encouraged to submit a written copy of their statements to the BLM at the addresses provided below or bring a copy to the meeting. A webcam may be present during the meeting, and individual comments could be recorded.
